Opportunity to work in a construction environment. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assists in transporting and cleaning civil equipment and tools (shovels, picks, hand tools, etc.), as well as in tasks performed by civil foremen and operators. * Supports civil works activities, including continuous footings, isolated footings, masonry walls, demolitions, floor slabs, concrete slabs, beams, columns, slabs, formwork, steel reinforcement preparation, etc., under the supervision of civil operators, assistants, and site supervisors. * Complies with basic site safety guidelines. * Uses safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the construction process. * Follows technical execution guidelines issued by immediate supervisors. * Cleans assigned work areas at the end of each daily shift and upon completion of zone-specific tasks. * Complies with safety, health, aesthetics, and execution guidelines established by our client and duly represented within the plant or site. * Acts as a lookout when working conditions require it, e.g., confined space work, high-risk operations, etc. **EDUCATION** * Completed secondary education. **TRAINING** * Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental topics. **SKILLS** * Adaptability to change. * Proactivity. * Initiative. * Ability to integrate into teams. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **BENEFITS** * As per applicable law. * Under the civil construction labor regime.
