Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to execute civil works, operate equipment, maintain the work area, and comply with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of various civil works 2. Operation of construction equipment and tools 3. Compliance with safety and environmental standards **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Reading structural drawings for reinforced concrete, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, door and window details, etc. * Operating and understanding the functionality of equipment and tools (e.g., vibrators, mixers, etc.) correctly under the supervision of a mason. * Executing civil works including continuous footings, isolated footings, masonry walls, demolitions, floor slabs, concrete slabs, beams, columns, slabs, formwork, steel reinforcement installation, painting, etc., correctly under the supervision of a Civil Works Operator. * Using minimum personal tools properly to perform tasks: tape measure, hammer, pliers, chalk line, hand level, small straightedge, etc. * Following instructions from immediate supervisors regarding technical guidelines for construction execution. * Taking care of tools, equipment, and supplies provided by CIME, avoiding waste, misuse, loss, or theft. * Cleaning work areas at the end of each daily shift and upon completion of work in the assigned zone. * Complying with safety, health, aesthetics, and execution guidelines established by our client and duly represented within the Plant or Construction Site. **EDUCATION** * Completed Secondary Education **TRAINING** * Preferably trained in Masonry and/or Formwork and/or Steel Reinforcement Installation and/or related Civil Construction fields. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Environmental Management. * Blueprint Reading (Desirable) **SKILLS** * Responsible * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience BENEFITS * As stipulated by law * Salary under the Civil Construction Regime Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
