Job Summary: Field Supervisor to lead and coordinate the implementation of telecommunications infrastructure and radiofrequency systems in mining projects. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with mining quality and safety standards. A specialized telecommunications engineering company is seeking a **Field Supervisor** for mining-sector projects. The professional will be responsible for leading, supervising, coordinating, and controlling the execution of activities related to telecommunications infrastructure and radiofrequency system implementation, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and client-specified technical requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site implementation activities of the **Cisco WiFi\-Mesh network**, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and quality standards. * Lead and supervise technical crews during the installation of **Cisco Access Points (AP Cisco)**, sector antennas, omnidirectional antennas, and other telecommunications infrastructure. * Coordinate human, material, and logistical resources assigned to the project to ensure operational continuity. * Coordinate with the client on activity scheduling, area release, and project progress tracking. * Supervise antenna installation and work-at-height operations, verifying strict compliance with mining safety regulations. * Validate connectivity, coverage, and wireless network functionality tests prior to client handover. * Prepare technical progress reports, project documentation, and schedule control records. * Coordinate with HSE and Quality departments to ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures. * Identify risks, incidents, and deviations during project execution, implementing corrective actions to ensure achievement of established objectives. **Requirements** * Graduate, licensed, and registered in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics Engineering. * Minimum of **03 years** of experience as a Field Supervisor in mining telecommunications projects. * Experience supervising technical crews and coordinating fieldwork execution. * Experience implementing wireless connectivity solutions based on Cisco technology. * **Cisco CCNA** certification or solid knowledge of Cisco technologies (preferred). * Implementation and administration of **WiFi networks** and **Mesh networks**. * Installation and configuration of **Cisco Access Points (AP Cisco)**. * Installation, alignment, and mounting of **sector antennas** and **omnidirectional antennas**. * Knowledge of wireless technologies operating at **2\.4 GHz** and **5\.7 GHz** frequencies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Google Earth. * Ability to prepare technical reports and project documentation. * Familiarity with mining safety procedures (ATS, IPERC, PETAR, and HSE standards). * Willingness to travel. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Results orientation. **Benefits** * Participation in a high-impact project. * Covered per diems. * Timely payments. * Professional development opportunity. * Excellent work environment.
