Exolum Aviación Peru S.A., an international leader in the transportation and storage of liquid bulk products, is seeking a **FUELING OPERATOR**.
**JOB MISSION:** Supply fuel to all aircraft landing at Jorge Chávez International Airport, whether in PEA or remote areas, in accordance with established safety regulations and procedures, to deliver high-quality products through safe, efficient, and courteous operations.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1\. Supply fuel to aircraft on the airport ramp, following company-established guidelines and procedures to perform work safely and without incidents.
2\. Verify the required fuel quantity with the airline mechanic to prevent overfilling or fuel spillage, thereby avoiding delays to the scheduled flight itinerary.
3\. Report any issues or delays encountered during the fueling process—whether at the start of service, due to absence of the mechanic or coordinator, or due to insufficient final quantity—to Shift Analysts and/or Supervisors, so that fueling services are not delayed.
4\. Deliver high-quality products to customers, adhering to safety policies and complying with company-established procedures, to avoid corrective actions resulting from negligence.
5\. Inspect and verify that fueling is conducted safely, in compliance with organizational policies, to prevent product loss.
6\. Maintain control of the logbook according to functions and frequencies assigned by the company, ensuring proper order and control, and verifying that the unit remains operational at all times.
7\. Annually complete knowledge-updating examinations—including both theoretical and practical components of operations—to remain aligned with evolving changes and updates over time.
8\. Ensure the refueler or tanker is properly replenished with fuel after each dispatch, based on the amount used in the previous fueling, so that it remains operational and ready for the next operator to perform duties without delay.
9\. Supply 100LL aviation gasoline to aircraft requiring it, using the sole refueler specially equipped for this type of fueling, to meet airline requests across various ramps.
10\. Daily inspect and verify fueling equipment assigned by the Shift Supervisor for each shift, following company procedures to ensure timely availability of operational units.
11\. Accurately document fueling information in physical and/or electronic media provided by the Company, in accordance with inventory process guidelines, to ensure clear and efficient management of fuel volumes in operations.
12\. Maintain company-provided equipment, machinery, and tools used in performing duties, promptly reporting any detected failures or problems to prevent incidents or accidents.
13\. Other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
\- Minimum six months of specific experience in: receipt, storage, and dispatch of aviation fuel; or driving/managing vehicles; or transporting hazardous goods; or operating vehicles on airport ramps.
\- Valid driver’s license, minimum Category A2 (commitment to upgrade to Category A3\).
\- Strong writing skills, legible handwriting, and correct spelling.
