Job Summary: We are seeking a Risk Prevention Specialist to supervise high-risk work, conduct safety talks, monitor SSOMA-related activities, and perform field inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of high-risk work and development of SSOMA management. 2. Conducting safety talks and monitoring activities. Batalla de Junín S.A.C., a construction-sector company, is currently seeking: RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST Targeted at Graduates and Bachelors from the following disciplines: ⁠ ⁠Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering ⁠ ⁠Safety ⁠ ⁠Industrial Engineering KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: **⁠ ⁠Supervision of High-Risk Work (e.g., load lifting, hot work, confined space operations, etc.).** **⁠ ⁠Conducting 5-minute safety talks.** **⁠ ⁠Monitoring activities to implement corrective and preventive actions.** **⁠ ⁠Developing, formulating, and collecting information for SSOMA management.** **⁠ ⁠Field inspections.** REQUIREMENTS: **⁠ ⁠Prior experience in related work is desirable.** **⁠ ⁠Knowledge of first aid is desirable.** **⁠ ⁠Other duties relevant to the position.** **⁠ ⁠Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturdays 7:30 AM–1:00 PM (at various construction sites across Metropolitan Lima and/or at the administrative office in Surco).** WORK MODE: On-site Immediate availability required.
