At AtkinsRéalis, we are currently seeking professionals for future projects, specifically for the position of **Intermediate Social Specialist** (Data Manager) within our Minerals and Metals Division. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the monthly update of commitment status (compliance forecast, technical progress, and budgetary progress) and lead field meetings. * Maintain a clean, standardized Commitments Matrix and ensure its traceability. * Design, optimize, and maintain Power BI tracking dashboards, incorporating an analytical approach to identify trends, alerts, and gaps. * Prepare consolidated monthly reports (PowerPoint) and ad\-hoc reports for departments, management, and state entities. * Monitor budgetary progress and cost deviations against approved amounts, integrating execution data. * Review minutes proposals and evidence of commitments, as well as deliverables from strategic partners. * Provide functional support during data loading, validation, testing, and go-live of the new Commitments Management software. **Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Economics, Political Science), Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * A postgraduate degree or specialization in social management, corporate social responsibility, environmental management, community relations and conflict prevention, data analytics and visualization, or project management is desirable. * Knowledge of project management and cost/budget control; sustainability and socio-environmental regulations. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in managing, tracking, and closing social commitments in large-scale mining and/or hydrocarbons, under a Social Management System. * Proven experience in monitoring IGA and bilateral commitments, managing tracking matrices, and preparing managerial reports. * Experience building dashboards and indicators (Power BI), analyzing databases, and monitoring technical and budgetary progress; fieldwork and community engagement. **Process:** * Applications are accepted exclusively through our corporate careers portal; applications submitted via other channels will not be considered. * We will contact only shortlisted candidates for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
