Position Summary: SISCOG is seeking a Commercial Supervisor to lead sales teams, design strategies, and monitor metrics in the Environmental Sanitation and Waste Management sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR**. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising commercial teams. * Experience managing KPIs, portfolio tracking, and team training. * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Residence in areas adjacent to Puente Piedra \- Pro \- San Diego (North Lima). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the loyalty and sales area. * Lead and motivate staff to achieve targets. * Design and implement sales plans aligned with corporate objectives, organizing routes, territories, and target audiences. * Motivate, train, and support sales and loyalty executives to ensure proper application of sales and loyalty processes. * Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), quota attainment, and team sales closure. * Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust pricing or promotional strategies. * Resolve issues to ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. * Analyze the market, design tactical plans, and manage budgets. * Track and supervise marketing activities. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Problem solving * Teamwork * Results orientation * Ability to develop people. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration (statutory benefits) * Salary commensurate with experience * Bonuses and paid overtime * Career development path * Ongoing training Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available to work paid overtime? * Do you have immediate availability?
