Position Summary: We are seeking an SSMA Supervisor with experience in mining or contracting companies, possessing solid knowledge of quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as SSMA, SSOMA, or HSE Supervisor in mining or contracting companies 2. Knowledge of Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems 3. Familiarity with legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health Degree and Professional Registration (CIP): Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as an SSMA, SSOMA, HSE, or similar Supervisor in mining companies or service contractors providing transportation services to mining operations. Postgraduate Diploma in: Integrated Management Systems for Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge: - Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, BASC, etc.). - Mandatory knowledge of cross-sectoral legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health (Law No. 29783, its Regulation, amendments, and complementary provisions) and mining sector regulations: Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM (RSSOM). - Operation of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, stretchers, emergency showers, etc.). - First aid.
