**Job Description**

* Establish a clear and effective framework to facilitate risk identification and mitigation, ensuring all workers are informed and prepared to act safely.
* Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulations, reducing exposure to legal risks and enhancing organizational reputation.
* Detect and correct safety deviations in real time, contributing to a safer work environment and preventing incidents.
* Identify root causes of incidents to implement corrective and preventive actions, reducing recurrence probability and improving safety culture.
* Foster a shared safety culture among all workers, increasing awareness and reducing accident occurrence.
* Provide key information enabling informed and sustainable decision-making, ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and environmental stewardship.
* Identify and assess potential risks prior to activity execution, facilitating implementation of preventive measures and enhancing workplace safety.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented safety practices, ensuring adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
* Deliver practical and effective solutions that enhance operational safety and sustainability, strengthening client relationships and confidence in our services.
* Ensure achievement of departmental objectives within the scope of this position’s responsibilities.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience and/or specialization in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems.
* Prior experience in supervisory and team leadership roles.
* Minimum 3 years of experience performing supervision duties related to Safety and/or Environment within the Mining Sector.
* Willingness to travel nationwide.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
* Teamwork orientation.
* Effective communication skills across different departments and organizational levels.
* Proactive attitude and commitment to achieving departmental and corporate objectives.
