Job Summary: We are seeking a Mining Warehouse Clerk to manage supply, inventory control, and material distribution in an underground mining operation, ensuring compliance with procedures and timely service. Management of logistics systems and document control At BJ Contratistas Mineros S.A.C., we are looking for a Mining Warehouse Clerk to provide support in supply management, inventory control, and material distribution in an underground mining operation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timely service to user departments. **Requirements:** * Technician, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role within mining, industrial, construction, or related sectors. * Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems (ERP or SAP). * Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and document control. * Desired: knowledge of mining safety and management tools such as IPERC. * Availability to work under the **14x7 regime – AYACUCHO (Catalina Huanca Mining Unit).** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in consolidating requirements for materials, tools, spare parts, and PPE. * Support preparation and submission of purchase orders to the logistics department. * Coordinate and execute physical and documentary receipt of materials at the mining unit. * Verify condition of received materials and record receipts in the logistics system. * Support proper storage of materials according to their nature. * Maintain updated inventory records in the system (ERP), tracking receipts, issues, and stock levels. * Support minimum and maximum stock control for critical supplies. * Execute material distribution to requesting departments with control and traceability. * Participate in physical inventories and internal or external audits. * Generate operational shift reports. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Meals, accommodation, and transportation provided. * SCTR insurance. * Opportunities for professional development in the mining sector. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. **Application:** Send your documented CV and valid Unique Labor Certificate (ULT) to **WhatsApp:** **983\-152\-335\.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
