If you are passionate about **technology**, **sales**, **teamwork**, and tackling new challenges, **Apply now and grow with CUY Technologies!** Requirements: \- Graduates in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or technical programs in Administration and Accounting. \- Minimum one (1) year of experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Assistant, Administrative–Accounting Assistant, or similar roles. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Availability to work in Surco. Responsibilities: \- Receiving general documentation, merchandising materials, etc. \- Coordinating customer collections. \- Bank reconciliation and accounting entries. \- Verifying payments. \- Managing, controlling, and preparing the Petty Cash report for the department. \- Coordinating and executing procurement processes for goods acquired by the Company. \- Controlling and recording transfers or movements of assets across Company departments. \- Coordinating and timely processing payments for municipal fees, services, maintenance, and other expenses essential for normal Company operations. \- Monitoring appropriate usage of communication resources (mobile, landline, and other telecommunications). \- Preparing the schedule of pending withholding tax payments. \- Registering and archiving supplier invoices. \- Preparing accounts payable and receivable reports, and issuing corresponding checks every Friday. \- Issuing invoices, sales receipts, credit notes, and shipping guides. \- Adhering to applicable procedures for assigned processes. \- Ensuring internal customer satisfaction. \- Complying with the Internal Work Regulations. \- Performing other duties as requested by superiors.
