What will you do on a daily basis? * Answer corporate phone calls and emails. * Receive and guide visitors, clients, and suppliers. * Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room schedules. * Provide administrative support (documentation, travel allowances, petty cash). * Assist with collections follow-up and internal communications. * Manage office supplies and maintain order in the reception area.
