We are currently seeking our next **Financial Analyst**.
You will be responsible for executing and documenting financial analysis projects of moderate to high complexity.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
???? Comprehensive financial analysis and generation of strategic insights for the Peru–Ecuador–Bolivia cluster
???? Financial evaluation of business initiatives, projects, and scenarios
???? Support for management control, including KPI tracking and variance analysis
???? Participation in high-impact regional projects, coordinated with multidisciplinary teams
???? Preparation and presentation of financial analyses and executive reports in English for senior management
**What we are looking for in you:**
???? Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Business
???? 2–3 years of experience in financial statement evaluation, financial analysis, management control, and financial modeling
???? Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, PowerPoint, and Power BI
???? Advanced English (Mandatory)
