Job Mission: Supervise and ensure the proper operation of the lounge kitchen, leading the team in food preparation and presentation while meeting high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team (line cooks and dishwashers). * Ensure compliance with production and presentation standards. * Oversee proper food handling and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Conduct inventory verification for products, rotation, utensils, and cleaning supplies, requesting replenishment as needed. * Ensure cleanliness and order in the kitchen area. * Provide support to the team across different shifts and foster a collaborative environment. Verify that the buffet has a full complement of products. Requirements: * Completed technical or university studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead cook or station chef. * Solid knowledge of kitchen management and food handling. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Intermediate user-level Excel (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts in Callao.
