We are currently seeking an **Operations Assistant** **Position objective:** * Provide support in operational insurance management, ensuring compliance with processes, regulations, and deadlines, while contributing to service efficiency and continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in **claims management**, ensuring documentation is complete and processed within established timeframes. * Monitor and follow up on **operational processes** (policy issuance, regulatory reporting, settlements). * Prepare and maintain **management reports** and operational databases. * Support the **implementation of process improvements** and document digitization. * Coordinate with **sales, claims, and finance departments** to ensure operational continuity. * Ensure compliance with **internal and external regulations** (SBS, audits). **Requirements:** * ***Academic degree and fields of study:*** * University graduates in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. **Technical and specific knowledge (languages, software):** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing). * Knowledge of **Power BI** or other data analysis tools (Desirable). * Knowledge of **insurance regulations** and **operations procedures** (Desirable). * Experience with **policy and claims management systems**. * Knowledge of SUCAVE (desirable) **Work experience:** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in administrative roles, operational support, or customer service within insurance or financial companies. **Competencies:** * Analytical * Organized * Proactive * Familiarity with SBS regulations * Teamwork skills * Ability to adapt and communicate clearly at all levels The mission of Vivir Seguros is to protect what matters most and create a safer future, fostering a culture where talent thrives, innovation drives us, and together we make a difference.
