Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization. **Date:** 10 Feb. 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Deploy the Data Governance Model by understanding business processes and their associated data, ensuring efficient and effective communication among all involved parties.**What will you do in this role?** * Analyze, propose, and systematically track data improvement plans. * Define data quality controls and rules jointly with the Data Owner/Data Steward. * Support automation of validations on master data. * Track glossary completeness for your data domain and proactively identify relevant domains for the Data Governance Model structure. * Support identification and documentation of business use cases within data domains. * Monitor company projects impacting data management and governance. * Build relationships with key organizational stakeholders (Vice Presidents and Directors) and evangelize the potential of data. * Contribute to promoting a data-driven mindset across data domains. * Orchestrate, together with Data Stewards and functional users, various data quality and validity rules. * Analyze, maintain, and review the Data Governance Model within the organization. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree or completed technical program. * Knowledge of business processes in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. * Experience in project and/or team management or leadership. * DAMA Practitioner certification (Desirable). * Ability to translate business ideas into technical language
