Company dedicated to the advertising machinery and supplies sector is looking for a Technical Support Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical and/or university degree in systems or related fields. \- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 operating system. \- Basic knowledge of servers and service management tools. \- Knowledge of multimedia equipment installation (printers, scanners, biometric devices, etc.). \- Knowledge of Networks (LAN, WLAN, Windows Server) and communications. **FUNCTIONS** * Proficiency in using and installing Office tools / Gmail, and utilities. * Provide first and second level technical support to internal users on hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.). * Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for computer equipment. * Perform complete recovery and restoration process of a computer (data backup, formatting, operating system installation, utilities and other components, user account and service configuration, data restoration, etc.). * Diagnose and resolve network issues. * Perform structured cabling (data networks, network points, rack organization). * Configure email accounts and IP networks. * Administer and perform basic maintenance on the local server, including backups, updates, and monitoring. * Diagnose and resolve technical failures in computer equipment and systems. * Conduct inventory of technological equipment and software (licenses, configurations, warranties). * Document procedures, incidents, and applied solutions. * Monitor, install, and maintain video surveillance systems (CCTV) and IP cameras. * Any other activity requested by your immediate supervisor.
