Seasonal or weekend house surrounded by abundant vegetation and open areas; includes a furnished living room and main dining area for 8 people (optionally, we provide 2 detachable tables with their respective benches, accommodating up to 16 people). The living room features one (01) 50-inch Samsung TV, Magic Cable service, Netflix access, and 200 Mbps Internet with repeaters in distant areas. Four spacious bedrooms, each with double beds; mixed and single bunk beds; all equipped with bed linens. Each bedroom also has large, spacious closets. Additionally, one (01) bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In total, the house has two (02) full bathrooms plus one half-bathroom, and one (01) interior lounge featuring a 50-inch Samsung TV with the same cable and Netflix services. The house includes one (01) water heater for air conditioning. The kitchen area features a large-capacity refrigerator and a 4-burner stove with a spacious oven, plus all essential electrical appliances and complete kitchenware. There is an extensive garden surrounding the house, a barbecue area, a Chinese-style charcoal grill, and a traditional wood-fired kitchen (firewood provided free of charge). A 500-watt audio system is available. Structural Best Way swimming pool measuring 4 m x 2.10 m x 0.90 m. We clean common areas—including the terrace, barbecue area, and swimming pool—daily. Additionally, we offer a larger garden of 800 m² suitable for social gatherings such as birthdays, children’s parties, and all types of sports and physical activities, plus car parking space.
