Position Summary: Design and produce impactful graphic and audiovisual content for real estate offerings, enhancing their visual reach across various platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Development of attractive and innovative visual assets. **Academic Qualifications** * **Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields.** * Desired courses or certifications in **video editing, 2D/3D animation**, and digital marketing. **Work Experience** * **2\-4 years of experience** in graphic design and audiovisual production, preferably in real estate, architecture, or related sectors. * A verifiable portfolio including: * Promotional material design (brochures, renders, presentations). * Production and editing of promotional videos for social media and portals. * Animations or virtual tours (preferably for real estate projects). **Technical Skills** * **Advanced graphic design software:** Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. * **Editing and animation tools:** Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar. * Knowledge of **3D modeling and rendering** (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V\-Ray, Lumion). * Proficiency in **formats and dimensions** for social media content, digital ads, and printed materials. * Experience in **real estate-oriented photography and photo editing**. * Basic **UX/UI** knowledge desirable for designing real estate websites or apps. **Soft Skills** * **Creativity and innovation:** Ability to develop attractive and unique visual assets that drive real estate projects. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to ensure assets reflect business strategy. * **Organization and time management:** Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * **Effective communication:** Accurately interpret team requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions. **Position Objective:** Design and produce graphic and audiovisual content that highlights real estate offerings, enhancing the visual reach and impact of projects across different platforms.
