The primary objective of this position is to operate, configure, and maintain area machinery, guaranteeing the production of metal parts meeting the highest standards of precision, accuracy, and quality within a safe working environment. Responsibilities: \- Operate the machines and tools located in the workshop area, ensuring they remain fully functional. \- Interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints to produce parts accurately. \- Perform adjustments and configurations on lathe equipment to ensure final product precision and quality. \- Inspect and verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other precision devices. \- Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on lathe equipment. \- Comply with company safety standards and operational procedures. Requirements: Minimum Education: Technical diploma (Technical training in machining). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in machining/lathe operations. Recommended Age: Between 20 and 35 years old. Work Mode: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
