Opportunity for professional growth **A leading industrial company in the sector is seeking a Mechanical Technical Draftsperson to join the Projects Department. The candidate will support the responsible person in modeling and manufacturing special cabins and furnaces for powder coating applications and other related duties, demonstrating attention to detail, the ability to take on challenges, commitment, and design knowledge.** **Draftsperson with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the metal-mechanical industry and proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD.** **Responsibilities:** **\*Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.** **\*Supervise production department personnel.** **\*Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by oneself and production personnel.** **\*Monitor production personnel attendance and report to HR.** **\*Prepare sketches of project layouts to meet team requirements and customer technical specifications.** **\*Create drawings using design software such as AUTOCAD and INVENTOR.** **\*Operate and maintain the laser cutting machine.** **\*Possess mechanical engineering (metal-mechanical) knowledge.** **\*Perform other tasks related to assigned responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor.** **\*Other duties inherent to the position and department.** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering.** * **1 year of experience in similar positions.** * **Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.** * **Knowledge of production tools and production cycle.** * **Proficiency in AUTOCAD and INVENTOR design software (MANDATORY).** * **Skills: analytical ability, organization, proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork.** * **Residence in areas adjacent to Ventanilla** **Benefits:** **Timely biweekly payments.** **Positive work environment.** **Opportunity for growth.** Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per hour Application Questions: * In which district do you live? * What are your salary expectations? * Are you available to start immediately?
