Position Summary: We are seeking a technical or university-level professional in Accounting/Administration for an accounting support role, responsible for verifying payment vouchers, recording purchases and services, and managing tax-related matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of payment vouchers and accounting records. 2. Handling of SUNAT tax regulations and validation of electronic vouchers. 3. Coordination with Treasury and fixed asset control. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify and validate payment vouchers in accordance with SUNAT regulations. * Record purchases and services in the accounting system, ensuring correct application of IGV. * Validate electronic vouchers in SIRE / OSE and report observations. * Manage and maintain up-to-date physical and digital files of accounting documentation. * Handle deductions, withholdings, and perceptions. * Coordinate with Treasury on scheduling payments to suppliers. * Review purchase records for monthly tax settlement. * Register and control fixed assets in compliance with tax and financial regulations. * Perform accounting reconciliations and petty cash reviews. * Register and update customers, suppliers, and cost centers in the system. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of SUNAT tax regulations (IGV, deductions, withholdings). * Experience validating electronic vouchers (SIRE / OSE). * Proficiency in accounting systems, preferably NISIRA. * Knowledge of purchase and service registration. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
