Foreign Trade Analyst (COMEX) \| Huarcaya Group **Join Huarcaya Group!** At **Huarcaya Group**, a Peruvian company specializing in the manufacturing and implementation of furniture for corporate, educational, commercial, and healthcare projects, we are seeking a **Foreign Trade Analyst (COMEX)** to contribute to ensuring efficient management of the company’s import and export operations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of import/export processes and customs legislation. * Experience coordinating with customs agents, logistics operators, and international suppliers. * Proficiency in foreign trade documentation (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates of Origin, etc.). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * ERP system experience is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). Responsibilities * Manage and track import and export operations. * Coordinate with customs agents, logistics operators, shipping lines, and international suppliers. * Review and validate foreign trade documentation. * Monitor the customs clearance process for imported goods. * Control logistics costs and prepare COMEX operation reports. * Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure timely supply. * Monitor adherence to shipment and delivery deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date records of operations and develop departmental performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with current foreign trade regulations.
