Our goal is to drive streamer growth by enhancing their live broadcasts and supporting their digital and professional development. **Main Responsibilities** * Contact, recruit, and advise streamers and content creators. * Design, manage, and optimize digital communication strategies on TikTok. * Analyze performance metrics to propose improvements. * Establish strategic collaborations with streamers and promote their development. * Support the creation and strengthening of creators’ digital image. **Requirements** * Students in final semesters or graduates in **Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields**. * Strong verbal communication skills / comfort speaking on camera. * Passion for the digital world, creativity, and communication skills.
