Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant and Dishwasher to support food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen and utensil maintenance, ensuring hygiene and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility, organization, and commitment to assigned tasks. **Position:** Kitchen Assistant **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing ingredients and food according to established procedures. * Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients. * Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift. * Collaborate with chefs in food preparation and order dispatch. * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and safety standards. * Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating supplies. * Perform other duties assigned by the head chef. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant (preferred). * Speed, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. * Punctuality and commitment. * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team. **Competencies:** * Organization. * Proactivity. * Responsibility. * Teamwork. * Eagerness to learn and develop in the culinary field. **Position:** Dishwasher **Responsibilities:** * Wash, disinfect, and maintain dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in optimal condition. * Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean. * Assist with general restaurant cleaning when necessary. * Properly sort and store dishes and utensils. * Remove waste and maintain order at workstations. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Provide basic support to the kitchen team when required. **Requirements:** * Experience in similar positions (preferred but not mandatory). * Responsible, orderly, and positive individual. * Ability to work quickly and under pressure. * Availability to work rotating or closing shifts. **Competencies:** * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Orderliness and cleanliness. * Teamwork. * Commitment to assigned tasks.
