We seek responsible, dynamic individuals eager to learn and develop within the gastronomy field. Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation according to instructions from the chef or cook. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Wash and disinfect supplies. * Assist in plating and food dispatch. * Comply with established quality and hygiene standards. Requirements: * Prior kitchen experience of 1 year or more (preferred). * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability for **rotating shifts**. * Availability to work **full-time**. * Residency in areas near **Lima City Center** (preferred).
