Diverse responsibilities in kitchen preparation and organization A company dedicated to the food industry is looking for top talent to join its team: Job Responsibilities: KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- Perform mise en place, prepare traditional Peruvian menu items, clean the kitchen, organize food and products, prepare sauces, portion and label ingredients, and carry out any other tasks assigned by the manager. Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience in food concessionaires. \- Immediate availability. \- Service orientation and commitment. \- Sanitation Certificate. \- Availability to work in SJL. Benefits: \- Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. \- Biweekly payments. \- Meals provided. \- Sundays and holidays off.
