At **Grupo Corban**, we are looking to hire a **Logistics Operations Assistant** to monitor and track operational processes for imports. The position targets candidates eager to grow within **customs operations, logistical coordination, and shipment management**, in a dynamic and high-performance environment. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage end-to-end import operation tracking from origin to delivery. * Monitor **ETA, operational deadlines, cargo routing, and pickup timelines**. * Coordinate with **shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouses** in Callao and Chancay. * Process **customs approval and documentation validation**. * Supervise documentary flow for nationalization procedures. * Record and update information in **Excel and operational systems**. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance for each operation. **Candidate Profile** * Final-year student or graduate in **International Trade, International Business, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **logistics operations, import procedures, and customs processes**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel)**. * Ability to **solve problems and manage operations**. * Organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure. * Experience in logistics operations or customs brokerage (preferred). **Employment Conditions** Work Modality: **On-site – Callao** Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.** Work Location: On-site employment
