Opportunities for growth and development Cleam Ambiental, a solid waste management company, is seeking a **Loading Operator** with a responsible attitude and commitment to contributing to the efficient execution of daily operations. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Residence in districts near Ventanilla (mandatory requirement). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with rotating days off. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading and unloading of materials and/or hazardous waste, adhering strictly to safety regulations and procedures. * Assist in managing and controlling documentation related to goods. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, as required by operational needs. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Semi-annual bonuses of **S/ 1,000** in June and November. * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth and development within the company.
