Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support comprehensive talent management, from pre-screening to onboarding of new employees. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for top talent to fill the position of: **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduates and/or Bachelor’s degree holders in Psychology. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection within the industrial, retail, logistics, or related sectors. \- Proficiency in job platforms and job boards (Computrabajo, Indeed, Facebook, etc.). \- Solid knowledge of administering and interpreting psychometric assessments. \- Basic user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. \- Availability to work in the industrial zone of Cercado de Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Provide support to the Recruitment Department regarding selection and onboarding activities. \- Assist in drafting and publishing job postings. \- Conduct pre-screening phone calls with candidates and schedule interviews for top candidates. \- Conduct candidate interviews and select the best talent. \- Support the onboarding process for new employees. \- Prepare new employee files. \- Support departmental efforts to enhance achievement of objectives. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **OFFERED:** \- Formal employment registration from the first working day (General Regime). \- Pleasant work environment. \- Ongoing training and learning opportunities. \- 70% meal allowance. \- Opportunity to join a prestigious, industry-leading company.
