Job Summary: Responsible for repairing and maintaining sewing machines, including adjustments and preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure optimal operation. Key Highlights: 1. Repair and maintenance of sewing machines (straight stitch and overlock) 2. Precise machine adjustments based on observations by sewing operators 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of sewing machinery RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Repair sewing machines (straight stitch and overlock) according to instructions or requirements from the Maintenance Supervisor to carry out various sewing operations. \- Regularly inspect sewing machines and ensure they are free of lint, tangled threads, properly positioned blades, oil leakage, etc. \- Adjust sewing machines based on observations by sewing operators, such as skipped stitches, needle breakage, thread breakage, etc. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sewing machines and vertical blade cutters; coordinate with the department head regarding any complex maintenance required and complete the relevant records. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
