




Job Summary: RMD Peru is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to manage inventories, material movements, and documentation in the ERP system. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Warehouse and Logistics Assistant!** **Profile:** * Currently pursuing or having completed technical or university studies (final cycles) in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within warehouse, logistics, or inventory control. * Knowledge of warehousing, physical inventories, distribution, packaging, loading, and unloading of goods. * Experience handling warehouse documentation. * Familiarity with administrative processes in warehouse operations (records, documentation, and stock control). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office **(mandatory)**. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience with ERP SISGECO or other ERP systems **(mandatory)**. * Residence in the northern cone or areas adjacent to Comas (desirable but not mandatory). **Responsibilities** * Conduct cyclic and monthly inventories to ensure physical stock accuracy against system records. * Identify and report inventory discrepancies or incidents. * Record incoming and outgoing movements of materials, tools, and machinery to maintain updated stock levels. * Maintain internal databases related to inventories and logistics movements. * Enter production orders into the ERP system. * Perform production parts tracking. * Monitor inventory within the ERP system, ensuring full traceability of assets. * Issue shipping guides for dispatching sales orders, materials, tools, and machinery to designated vehicles or destinations. * Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and comply with legal and operational requirements. * Submit daily stock reports for sales products. * Replenish and control raw material and supply stock levels. * Support export and import management alongside department heads. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:21 PM (45-minute break) **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,700 \+ bonus (meal allowance, transportation, and attendance) **We Offer:** * Salary increase starting from the 3rd month based on performance * Payroll-based employment contract from day one * All statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime * SCTR insurance (pension and health) **NOTE:** Candidates meeting the mandatory requirements—including ERP SISGECO experience—may ***SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTED CV ON INDEED***; those who do not meet these requirements are requested not to apply.
