Job Summary: We are seeking a Specialist Architect in physical and legal regularization of properties to prepare files and coordinate registry and municipal procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional development **WE ARE SEEKING A SPECIALIST ARCHITECT IN PHYSICAL AND LEGAL REGULARIZATION** We are currently looking for an **Architect with experience in physical and legal regularization of properties**, to join our team. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Architecture and active professional registration (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in physical and legal regularization of urban and/or rural properties. * Knowledge of procedures before SUNARP, municipalities, and other public entities. * Proficiency in perimeter, location, segregation, consolidation, subdivision, and topographic survey plans. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with coordinate systems (UTM/WGS84\). * Knowledge of current registry, cadastral, and urban planning regulations. * Ability to prepare technical files and conduct field inspections. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review physical and legal regularization files. * Develop plans and technical documentation for registry and municipal procedures. * Coordinate procedures for segregation, consolidation, area correction, and building regularization. * Manage procedures before SUNARP, municipalities, and other competent authorities. * Provide technical support in property formalization processes. **We Offer:** * Competitive compensation aligned with market standards and experience. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional development. * Work modality: On-site * Workplace: Miraflores. **Application:** Interested candidates must submit their documented CV, indicating salary expectations, to the email address: **hhasesoreseinversionistassac@gmail.com** Workplace: On-site employment
