At Gallagher, we are seeking a **Labor Relations Attorney** who will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating labor risks, and providing expert consultation on labor law. This role is essential for supporting our internal clients in making strategic decisions and contributing to the well-being of our colleagues.

* **Manage Labor Documentation:** Accurately and systematically manage employment contracts and labor documents.
* **Provide Expert Consultation:** Support internal departments with labor law and social security advice for strategic decision-making.
* **Support Disciplinary Processes:** Oversee and ensure disciplinary processes comply with labor regulations.
* **Manage Labor Indicators:** Monitor key metrics and propose action plans to improve labor management.
* **Participate in Strategic Processes:** Contribute to due diligence, conciliations, and labor advisory processes.
**About You**
About You:
We seek individuals with skills and experience including:* **Professional Education:** Law degree, ideally with specialization in labor law.
* **Solid Experience:** More than 4 years of experience in labor relations, social security, or related fields.
* **Knowledge of Labor Legislation:** Familiarity with applicable regulations and legal procedures.
* **Key Skills:** Planning, organization, leadership, negotiation, effective communication, and teamwork.
* **Languages:** Intermediate English
