Job stability **JOB OPENING – LICENSED ATTORNEY** **Specialist in Civil Litigation and Monetary Obligation Proceedings** We are looking for a **Licensed Attorney** to join our legal team, with solid experience in civil litigation, enforcement proceedings, and debt recovery. **Requirements:** * Professional law degree. * Valid and active bar association membership. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation. * Proven experience in monetary obligation proceedings, enforcement of guarantees, and enforcement proceedings. * Knowledge of the Civil Code and the Civil Procedure Code. * Experience drafting complaints, responses, appeals, precautionary measures, and legal reports. * Proficiency in managing physical and electronic judicial files. * Analytical ability, legal argumentation skills, and legal writing proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Representation and monitoring of civil judicial proceedings. * Development of procedural strategies and judicial submissions. * Attendance at hearings and oral reports. * Monitoring of files within the Judiciary. * Coordination with clients and preparation of status reports on ongoing proceedings. * Judicial credit recovery and enforcement of judgments. **Competencies:** * Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics. * Organizational skills and adherence to procedural deadlines. * Negotiation ability. * Teamwork and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Job stability. * Professional growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment. **Work Location:** Miraflores **Application:** Interested candidates must send their documented CV to the email: **hhasesoreseinversionistassac@gmail.com** Work Location: On-site employment
