Join EY—and together, let’s build a better business world! **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree and licensed attorney in Law. * Minimum 3 years of experience in labor law and labor procedural law, preferably within law firms. * Experience litigating before labor courts. * Continuing education course in Labor Law. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Attendance at judicial hearings in labor and constitutional courts and tribunals. * Drafting of legal submissions, including responses to complaints, appeals, cassation appeals, and judicial writings in general. * Monitoring of judicial proceedings. * Evaluation of procedural strategies. * Updating reports on the status of judicial proceedings. * Coordination and supervision of the work team. **Competencies:** * Adaptability to change * Client orientation * Leadership and teamwork * Effective communication (oral and written) * Proactivity * Sense of urgency
