Python Script Development for Advanced Automation **Job Objective** Design, optimize, and **automate** Resurge’s operational and financial processes, building a “factory capability” for **low\-code** automations (primarily **n8n**) and analytical solutions (Power BI/SQL), complemented by **intermediate Python** for integrations, data processing, and advanced automation. **Expected Outcome:** Reduced processing time, fewer reworks, end\-to\-end traceability, and improved management control for decision-making. **Scope and Key Responsibilities** **Business Process Transformation (AS\-IS → TO\-BE)** * Map critical operational and financial processes, document AS\-IS, identify bottlenecks, risks, and gaps. * Design TO\-BE with emphasis on **standardization**, control, and scalability. **Automation “Factory”** * Build n8n automations (ADVANCED): webhooks, APIs, error handling, retries, queues/scheduled executions, credential management, logging, and traceability. * Integrate low\-code tools as applicable: Power Automate / Make / Zapier. * Design and maintain an automation catalog (what is automated, owner, SLA, dependencies, risks, and continuity plan). **Data & BI (Practical Management Control)** * Build and maintain datasets/tables for reporting: extraction, cleaning, validations, basic reconciliations. * Develop **Power BI** dashboards (with “management\-ready” focus): productivity, SLA, funnels, operational/financial KPIs. **Intermediate Python for Advanced Automation** * Develop **intermediate Python** scripts for: * Data transformation (pandas), automation of repetitive tasks, API integration (requests), parsing, and validations. * Complement n8n flows when more complex logic or higher performance is required. **Change Management** * Coordinate with key departments to ensure adoption: short sessions, quick guides, playbooks, and clear definition of responsibilities. * Manage automation backlog based on value/impact and effort. **Expected Deliverables** * Process map (AS\-IS/TO\-BE) \+ documented repository. * Automation catalog \+ tracking dashboard (status, impact, SLA, owner). * Production-ready n8n flows with monitoring and alerts. * Operational/financial Power BI dashboards with KPI definitions. * Documented Python scripts (where applicable) and usage guidelines. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** 2–3 years in process improvement/transformation with a strong automation component. **Technical Stack** * n8n (ADVANCED): building robust workflows, API integrations, error handling, credential management, and monitoring. * Python (INTERMEDIATE): pandas \+ requests \+ automation; ability to “solve independently” without relying on third parties. * SQL (intermediate/advanced): queries, joins, basic modeling for reporting. * Power BI (advanced): executive visualizations. * Advanced Excel **Additional Skills** * Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps), Make, Zapier. * Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Odoo or others) and source system integration. * VBA/Macros (if required by environment). * Understanding of commercial/operational metrics (funnels, productivity, costs). **Competencies:** * Structured thinking (MECE), obsession with efficiency and order. * Strong execution orientation: “I design it and I implement it.” * Cross-functional communication (translates business ↔ technology). * Ownership: proposes, prioritizes, delivers, documents, and leaves solutions operational.
