Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Welder to perform precision welding on metal structures and industrial components, adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in FCAW process and blueprint reading We are looking for a Welder with proven experience and valid certification to join our Maintenance Department. The position requires high technical precision, compliance with safety standards, and commitment to quality in metal joints and industrial structures. **IF YOU DO NOT HOLD A VALID CERTIFICATION (the company supports your certification process).** Main Responsibilities: \- Perform welding tasks on metal structures, tanks, pipelines, and industrial components. \- Execute welds in various positions using the FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) process. \- Assist in assembly, alignment, and maintenance of structures within the maintenance area. \- Comply with technical procedures, safety regulations, and quality control standards established by the company. \- Participate in inspections and preventive maintenance of welding equipment. \- Construct metal structures and parts using blueprint designs, instruments, welding machinery, and various welding positions as specified in technical standards. \- Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan design and procedures. \- Determine appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements. \- Configure components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut materials with electric saws to match required dimensions). \- Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding. \- Weld components using welding equipment. \- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects. \- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
