Positive work environment We are looking for an Architect or 3D Designer with extensive experience in architectural design, professional 3D modeling, and rendering for renovation, construction, and space conditioning projects. We seek a creative, proactive individual with a high level of attention to detail, capable of developing impactful and functional visual proposals for residential clients. ***Requirements*** * Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and 3D rendering. * Advanced proficiency in: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Lumion / V\-Ray / Enscape / Twinmotion * Revit (desirable) * Photoshop and editing tools * Experience in developing: * Interior and exterior renders * Realistic 3D modeling * Renovation proposals * Architectural drawings * Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Availability for technical site visits and client coordination. ***Responsibilities*** * Develop architectural proposals and spatial designs. * Create photorealistic 3D renders. * Develop architectural drawings and 3D models. * Coordinate with operations and construction teams. * Participate in client meetings to present proposals. * Conduct site surveys and technical visits as required. ***Competencies*** * Creativity and innovation. * Strong aesthetic sense. * Organization and adherence to deadlines. * Effective communication. * Attention to detail. ***We Offer*** * Professional growth opportunity. * Participation in corporate and commercial projects. * Positive work environment. * Market-aligned compensation commensurate with experience.
