Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analytics / CVM Analyst to build, validate, and manage analytical information, supporting the design and measurement of commercial campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Business Analytics / CVM Analyst: * Build, validate, and manage analytical information for CVM campaign tracking, ensuring visibility into activations, exits, conversions, churn, and incrementality. * Support the analytical design of commercial campaigns, proposing customer profiling and segmentation criteria aligned with business objectives. * Measure campaign impact and performance, identifying optimization opportunities across base, offer, channel, and timing. * Design and maintain management reports and dashboards for executive and operational campaign tracking. * Provide analytical support to commercial channels (digital, outbound, inbound, stores, others) for proper database usage and results tracking. * Participate in performance review meetings, contributing analyses to define corrective actions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles. * Proven experience in campaign analysis and tracking. * Advanced proficiency in SQL. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI / Tableau. * Advanced proficiency in Python / R. * Advanced proficiency in ETL processes. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
