Coordinate and supervise the production of graphic, photographic, and audiovisual materials, actively participating in recordings, photo sessions, and other on-site content creation activities to ensure visual and communicational quality of deliverables. Manage relationships with internal clients, agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and other specialized suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards, brand guidelines, and established deadlines. Manage internal communication channels and coordinate the strategic dissemination of programs, events, and corporate initiatives. Develop communication plans and schedules, efficiently managing associated projects and resources. Monitor and analyze communication campaign results, proposing continuous improvements to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement. Provide communicational and creative support to various departments, contributing to comprehensive, cross-functional, and effective organizational communication. Actively participate in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, culture activations, and internal ceremonies, ensuring proper deployment of visual identity and employee experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Communication Sciences, Marketing or Publishing, Graphic Design; minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions in graphic design, internal communication, or corporate communication. Experience in developing institutional campaigns and content management. Experience coordinating audiovisual productions or collaborating with creative suppliers and agencies (desirable). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro/CapCut, Canva Pro, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of branding, brand management, and organizational communication.
