Position Summary: CAD Drafting Assistant to support architectural design, layout development, preliminary design, drawing coordination, and 3D modeling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in architectural design and project development. 2. Participate in the preparation of construction detail drawings. 3. Conduct site measurements and prepare "As-built" drawings. We are seeking top talent for the position of: Position: CAD DRAFTING ASSISTANT Location: San Isidro (Head Office) **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assist in creating architectural designs that meet aesthetic and technical requirements. * Assist in developing architectural layouts according to client specifications. * Assist in developing architectural preliminary designs. * Assist in coordinating specialty drawings for the project to resolve interferences and facilitate construction execution. * Assist in creating 3D models from CAD drawings, Revit files, sketches, or design references. * Assist in managing building permit applications to fulfill technical documentation submission requirements and obtain permits from relevant authorities. * Participate in architectural project development by preparing construction detail drawings. * Conduct site measurements of the project area prior to design execution to identify existing conditions, verify room dimensions, detect utilities, identify interferences, and determine elements to be retained. * Prepare "As\-built" drawings by visiting the site upon completion of construction. * Perform other complementary duties related to the position and guidelines of the integrated management system. **Requirements:** * Education Level: Technical Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Graduate in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design. * Industry/Sector: Industrial, Retail, Office Fit-out, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Knowledge: * Knowledge of interior design.
