Position Summary: Designs and develops new fashion collections, prepares technical specifications, conducts trend research, and oversees the fashion product development process. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with production and suppliers Main Responsibilities * Design and develop new collections in alignment with the brand identity. * Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for production. * Develop patterns and track sample progress. * Research trends, colors, fabrics, and finishes. * Supervise the development process until product approval. * Coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure correct sample construction. * Propose improvements and variations to existing models. * Participate in launch planning and new collection development. * Maintain confidentiality of company designs and developments. Requirements * Graduate or degree holder in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in tops garment development (preferred). * Knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and technical specification development. * Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and garment construction processes. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CLO 3D or similar software preferred). * Creative, proactive individual with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. * Willingness to work on-site in Gamarra. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with women's fashion brands. * Knowledge of commercial fashion and trends. * Prior experience developing fashion collections. * Experience working with garment workshops.
