Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to lead the development of women's fashion/atelier collections, combining creativity and strategy in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the development of women's fashion/atelier collections. 2. Design collections with a high aesthetic standard and commercial focus. 3. Conduct trend research and select premium materials. We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to lead collection development for our brands: **Requirements** * Graduate in Fashion Design, Industrial Pattern Making, Textile Design, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience developing complete women's fashion/atelier collections. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other digital design tools. * Experience working with local workshops and suppliers. * Proficiency in technical specifications and textile processes. * Portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated aesthetic vision aligned with a premium brand (mandatory). **We are looking for someone who:** * Combines aesthetic sensitivity with strategic thinking. * Can manage multiple seasons and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Has sound judgment to determine which products are suitable for inclusion in a collection. * Is structured, organized, and results-oriented. * Can work under pressure and in dynamic environments. * Possesses a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Strategic Creative Development** * Design collections with a high aesthetic standard aligned with Creative Direction. * Conduct trend, market, and competitive research to guide seasonal collections. * Adapt international trends to the DNA of a luxury brand. * Propose, develop, and execute designs and/or products for the seasonal mix of the brand’s various collections, in accordance with defined trends and requirements. * Source and select premium materials and finishes. * Design with both commercial and conceptual focus. **Technical Development and Production** * Validate design feasibility through sampling. * Perform garment fitting and ensure compliance with the brand’s required measurements and specifications. * Oversee technical specifications, grading, and production processes. * Ensure consistency between design, prototype, and final production. * Supervise quality standards and adherence to production timelines. WORKING HOURS: \* Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
