Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Participate in and ensure completion of the Risk \& Control Self\-Assessment (R\&CSA) for Business Units, identifying underlying operational risks and periodically evaluating the design and effectiveness of their controls. * Define and implement specific operational risk and control indicators, monitoring adherence to established Management Limits for Business Unit operations. * Identify, record, and rigorously track actual operational losses incurred by centralized support areas in the corporate tool, immediately driving corrective action plans. * Address, manage, and promote definitive closure of control gaps and deficiencies identified by Regulators, Internal Audit, and External Audit within the Business Unit’s scope, technically validating the supporting evidence for remediations. * Ensure that operational risk management across Business Unit processes incorporates reputational impact considerations, closely coordinating with the Responsible Business discipline. * Participate in and ensure assignment of risk tiering for new corporate initiatives, transformation projects, digital channels, or Commercial Banking products originating within the Business Unit. * Share the general mitigation framework and relevant control information (regulatory requirements, Internal Audit, External Audit, etc.) with process owners in the Business Unit prior to launching any project. * Assess inherent risk, propose target risk, and determine prioritization of critical risks for core commercial banking processes. * Determine residual risk and enter risks, controls, indicators, and specific action plans for centrally managed initiatives under their responsibility into the corporate risk management tool (SIRO or other). * Ensure and monitor resolution of blocking and non-blocking conditions established by Admission Committees for production release of new developments or products. * Continuously train and upskill Commercial Banking Business Unit leaders and professionals on the General Operational Risk Framework (identification, mitigation, and reporting). * Actively participate in Business Unit Internal Control and Incident Committees, presenting monthly health status of credit factory or operations controls, critical gaps, and evolution of mitigation plans. * Guarantee integrity, accuracy, and functionality of technical content hosted on the internal control site related to centralized support processes. * Receive, analyze, and resolve root causes of operational risks escalated by the Commercial Network team when failures detected in branch offices originate from defective processes, platforms, or centralized policies at Head Office. * Prepare and submit executive operational risk status reports for support areas addressed to Control Unit managers. * Formally propose and structure technical escalation of structural control weaknesses to the Country Corporate Assurance Committee or other cross-functional governance bodies if the severity of the finding warrants it. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 years of experience performing similar functions, ideally in audit and consulting roles.
