**Your mission**
----------------
* Plan, design, and manage the Visual Merchandising strategic plan, category-specific plans, investments, and in-store communication plan, ensuring compliance with globally and regionally established visual standards (display, graphic materials, layout, and fixtures).
* Communicate and coordinate new projects with the region, providing suggestions and sharing progress and results.
* Participate in the planning process for the semi-annual/annual in-store campaign calendar, ensuring local business objectives are met.
* Participate in future purchasing planning processes, ensuring proper product distribution in stores and contributing to sales and ROI targets.
* Plan the department’s budget, define projects and investments, and monitor and control them, ensuring channel business objectives are achieved.
* Establish relationships with strategic partners to implement in-store initiatives that drive traffic and conversion.
**Your talent**
---------------
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Marketing, or related fields, with 4–6 years of experience in similar roles.
* Experience leading teams.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD**.
* Familiarity with **SketchUp** is desirable.
