Responsibilities We seek a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, as well as a results-driven, objective-focused approach. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Prior experience in customer service and commercial follow-up. * Experience in the sales area (Desirable) * Excellent communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. Functions * Provide general administrative support. * Manage customer service and commercial follow-up. * Collaborate in organizing and achieving the sales department’s objectives. * Use office software tools to prepare reports and documentation. * Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure operational efficiency.
