On behalf of our client, a leading insurance and reinsurance brokerage firm, we are seeking a: **Collections Manager** **Requirements:** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory (including pivot tables, etc.). * Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor upcoming payment due dates and notify clients accordingly. * Track outstanding accounts receivable. * Manage debt recovery by contacting clients to remind them of outstanding balances. * Offer alternative payment options to clients facing financial difficulties. * Negotiate with clients to establish payment plans, terms, and refinancing options in accordance with company policy. * Resolve discrepancies between amounts paid and applicable premiums. * Verify that received payments match the company’s records. * Other duties as assigned.
