Sales negotiation and closing A company dedicated to marketing **Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs)** is looking for a results-oriented **Commercial Advisor**, skilled in negotiation and sales closing. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Business Administration or related fields (completed or in progress). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in industrial, energy, agro-industrial, or mining sectors. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of **PPE regulations** / Experience selling PPEs. * Proficiency in **CRM or ERP systems** and digital prospecting tools. * Willingness to travel to provinces **once per month**. * Valid **Class A1 driver’s license**. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Location:** Ate * **Remuneration:** Market-competitive (Base salary + commissions) * **Work modality:** On-site * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm * **Contract type:** MYPE payroll (50% benefits) * **Work tools:** Corporate mobile phone **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct on-site commercial visits to B2B clients to identify needs and present PPE solutions. * Prepare and justify commercial proposals, quotations, and agreements according to client requirements. * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, volumes, delivery timelines, and payment terms) ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Manage sales closing, purchase order follow-up, and coordination with internal departments for proper execution. * Maintain and develop the customer portfolio, strengthening long-term relationships. * Register and track commercial opportunities in CRM.
