Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Analyze and monitor SME segments for scheduled closings: \- Conduct a detailed quantitative and qualitative assessment of variations in billing, balances, rates, interest margin, and other required financial indicators \- Perform comparisons, monitoring, and alert identification against the budget based on defined parameters. * Prepare the monthly forecast for SME product billing, balances, and interest margin. * Prepare Rolling Forecast and scenario projections for SME product billing, balances, and interest margin. * Prepare the budget for SME product billing, balances, and interest margin. * Develop high-impact presentations for Top Management. * Propose and work on continuous improvement of processes within their respective area of responsibility. * Address internal audit and internal control requirements. * Perform other duties assigned by their manager and drive continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proven prior experience in the banking or financial sector. * Knowledge of SME-focused business and asset management is desirable. * Knowledge of financial business and budget management capability is desirable; practical experience will be prioritized over academic background. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. * Experience working with Oracle databases. * Expertise in creating, managing, and analyzing dashboards. * Ability to drive and integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into daily operations. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
